FitnessKRC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FitnessKRC. By accessing or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Services Offered

FitnessKRC provides:

  • In-gym personal training

  • Online coaching sessions

  • Hybrid coaching (in-gym + online)

  • Optional monthly membership with digital benefits

All services are provided by certified personal trainers.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking platform.

  • Full payment is required upfront for packages (10 sessions for £700).

  • Membership fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

  • Prices are subject to change. You will be notified before any updates.

3. Session Expiry & Attendance

  • 10-session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.

  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

  • We understand emergencies happen—please communicate in advance where possible.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Training Packages: Non-refundable once sessions have begun. If none are used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Memberships: You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not issued for partial months. Access ends at the end of your billing period.

  • FitnessKRC reserves the right to cancel sessions in rare cases (e.g., illness, venue issues) with appropriate rescheduling.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • You confirm that you are fit to participate in physical activity and have no medical conditions preventing safe training.

  • Always consult a doctor before beginning a new fitness program.

  • FitnessKRC is not liable for injuries that occur due to failure to follow guidance or misrepresentation of your health condition.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (videos, plans, guides) provided through FitnessKRC remains our intellectual property and may not be shared or copied without permission.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour is required at all times.

  • Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of your training or membership with no refund.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We never sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required.

9. Changes to These Terms

FitnessKRC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services means you accept the changes.
